WANDERING WHISTLING-DUCK Dendrocygna arcuata

A much larger range than Plumed, as far as The Phillipines, Myanmar and formely Fiji. Found in large flocks in North and East Australia, sometimes with the previous species, but feeds primarily during the day and is tied to water, where it spends much of its time diving for food. Whilst the left-hand bird was taken at Slimbridge, all others were taken in Northern Territory, Australia.
