Found to the east of the previous species, in New Guinea,
Australia, Vanuatu and New Zealand, this is far more dispersive than Sunda Teal with which it was formerly
included, presumably because of drought conditions in parts of its range. The reason for the poor quality
of the photos is that, being one of the most boring ducks on the planet, I've never really tried.
