CRESTED TERN
Sterna bergii
Another widespread species, but not found in the Americas, breeding mainly within the Tropics. One of a number of species with a shaggy black cap, but in breeding plumage has a white forecrown and very yellow bill. Usually quite distinctive, the shade of the mantle varies considerably between races.Often called Swift Tern.
