As its name suggests, readily seen in the UK and Europe 
as well as much of Asia, and wintering south. Breeding in the UK, the breeding and wintering plumages 
are somewhat similar, juveniles are frequently mistaken for vagrant Yellowlegs, the right-hand shot indicates 
a size difference if seen together.
