BAR-HEADED GOOSE Anser indicus

Restricted in its breeding range to the Central Asian plateaux , notably Tibet, this species is known as the highest flying bird in the world, as it crosses the Himalayas to winter in Northern India. A beautiful goose, it is frequently kept in captivity, these birds were escapes in Norfolk, since I haven't seen them in the wild.
